Michael Bolowsky grew up on Long Island, New York, and currently lives in New York City. He has a strong interest in startups, economics, and the adoption of Fintech products in emerging markets. 1999 - Born and raised on Long Island, NY
2015 - Began caddying at Woodside Club in Muttontown, NY, one of the best decisions he’s ever made.
2017 - Graduated from North Shore High School in Glen Head, NY.
2017 - Founded MJB Watch, a vintage watch business sourcing and selling timepieces from brands like Rolex, Cartier, Universal Genève, and Patek Philippe to collectors and retailers around the world.
2018 - Joined Analog Shift, a respected vintage watch dealer, where he worked alongside founder James Lamdin and partner Geoff Hess just before they were acquired by Watches of Switzerland Group.
2021 - Earned his BBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch College in New York City.
2021 - Worked at Pattern, a seed-stage startup building a tech-staffing platform for the 3PL and logistics industries. His responsibilities covered staffing operations, product management, and P&L oversight.
2023 - Transitioned to Squarespace, joining the Finance department working with Payments. There, Michael developed a fraud reduction and reporting system that lowered financial losses by over $700,000 annually.
2024 - Consulted for Sotheby’s, helped build a tech-driven watch servicing platform with over 35,000 individual watch models.
2025 - Joined Payoneer on the B2B cross-border payments team, Michael contributed to payment strategy and vendor integration while owning 3DS strategy and data integrity.
